Tyndall Green II

Tyndall Green II is a 99 unit townhome community located in the Dayton Triangle, one of the top-rated places to live in Aurora. Our 12+ acre site features quiet walking paths, mature trees, and a pond with a seasonal waterfall and fountain. This large natural area attracts a variety of wildlife, including geese, ducks, hawks, squirrels and rabbits. Location

The neighborhood is centrally located, with easy access to major transportation and commercial corridors. Convenient shopping, banking, and dining are minutes away. Transportation is easily accessible with a nearby bus stop. The Nine Mile rail station is a ten minute drive and access to I-25 is a fifteen minute drive. 

Tyndall Green II is located in the Dayton Triangle, which is rated as one of the best areas in Aurora. Our community is bounded by E. Iowa Ave. on the north, E. Mexico Ave. on the south, S. Fulton St. on the east, and S. Dayton St. on the west. Parts of this area are separate from Tyndall Green II, including the southwest corner of Dayton and Mexico, and a large block near Mexico and Fulton.

History

Our community prides itself on its long-term residents, beautiful landscaping, attention to maintenance details, and community spirit. The community was the first townhome project undertaken by Ryland Homes. Construction began in 1995 and was complete in 1997. The property consists of 29 three-unit buildings, three four-unit buildings and a pool house. There are four distinctive floor plans, each with a two-car attached garage.

Governance

The Association is governed by a volunteer board which is elected at the Annual Meeting of members in November. Management services, exterior maintenance, insurance, grounds maintenance, trash removal, and snow removal are contracted and included in our association fees. The Association also maintains an inviting swimming pool and spa facility, interior streets and drives, and guest parking.
