Parking Rules

There are about 100 homes in our community, and only about 50 guest parking spaces. To help make sure residents, guests, and contractors have reasonable access to parking, the Association does have rules that limit the use of the community's guest parking spaces.

Owners are responsible for the actions of their guests and/or tenants.

Basic Parking Rules

  • Guest parking is on a first come, first served basis.
  • Each unit may park in guest parking areas up to seven (7) nights per month, provided a Tyndall Green II hang tag is prominently displayed. Please contact the management company to request a hang tag. Requests to park for additional nights must be approved 10 days in advance.
  • Owner vehicles that exceed the garage dimensions of their unit must park overnight on adjacent city streets.
  • During winter storm advisories or warnings, all guest parking areas must be vacated prior to 8am for snow removal.
Restrictions
  • Streets/alleyways leading into a garage may only be used by owners/residents.
  • No commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, or unlicensed vehicles may be parked or stored on Association property.
  • Unless approved by the Association in advance, residents are limited to no more than two vehicles on Association property.
  • Commercial vehicles are permitted to make deliveries/pickups during the normal course of business.
  • First responders are allowed to park in guest parking spaces on a need-only basis.
  • Vehicles with expired license plates (or no plates) will not be parked on the Association premises without the written permission of the board of directors.
  • No parking is allowed in designated fire lanes.
  • Non-emergency maintenance, servicing or repair is prohibited on Association property.
Additional rules apply. Please review our community's parking rules.

Violations
Violators may have their vehicles stickered, booted, or towed. The unit owner/resident will be assessed for the cost of this action.

Exceptions
Exceptions are considered by the HOA board on a case-by-case basis. If approved, an exception parking tag will be issued. Please contact us to request an exception.

Street Parking
City street parking is available along E Iowa Ave., S Fulton St., and E Mexico Ave. The city of Aurora requires vehicles to park in a different location—at least 100 feet different—every 7 days. We've also been told that if you have a unit with its front door facing a city street, you can park directly in front of your home indefinitely. Please double-check city parking regulations with Park Aurora.
