ARC Approvals

Architectural Review Committee

Before you make any visible changes to the exterior of your unit,  approval is needed from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). This helps ensure that our community maintains a unified appearance.

Changes that need approval include—but aren't limited to—handrails; awnings and solar shades; replacing garage doors (but not painting them); storm doors; windows; satellite dishes; adding plants to your landscaping; adding flower planters to porch railings; and adding more than five decorative items to the rocked landscaping around your unit.

The ARC performs an essential service for our community by helping to maintain an attractive, unified, and uncluttered appearance for prospective buyers and residents alike.

Please submit a Change Request Form before committing to any changes to your unit's exterior.
